WOW Carpet Cleaning Brisbane

Had the lounge and bedrooms done with carpet steam cleaning and deodorising. Good communication, turned up when they said, and worked efficiently. The pet odour treatment made a noticeable difference. Drying time was a bit longer than I hoped, but the finish looked clean and even. Solid value for a proper deep clean.

I was away from my apartment for almost two months, and before moving everything back into the living room, I decided to have the carpets cleaned. They had that stale, closed-up smell and a few old marks that had been there for ages and the cleaner did a really careful job and took their time. I was surprised to see some of the older marks fade noticeably. After it dried, the whole place felt fresher.

I'm really thrilled with how my carpets looked after cleaning. The young man arrived within the allotted time, was very friendly and did a great job. This company was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.

We had our living room furniture cleaned by them and the results were brilliant. The technician was punctual, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. Our fabric sofa was looking dull and stained, but now it’s fresh, clean, and bright again. The process was quick, no mess, and totally stress-free. Great value for money and top-notch service. Wouldn't hesitate to call them back.

I booked a deep carpet cleaning service, and the results were impressive. The technician, David, was professional and took his time to ensure every spot was treated. My high-traffic areas had embedded dirt, but after the cleaning, the fibers look revitalized. The stain removal was effective, especially on the coffee spills near the couch. The pricing was fair considering the thoroughness of the work. I also liked that they used a low-moisture method, so the carpets dried quickly. No residue or strong odors—just clean, fresh carpets. Would recommend them for anyone needing reliable rug cleaning in Brisbane.

Tried their Rug Cleaning service after our area rug got musty during the rainy season in Brisbane. Nathan arrived on time, brought everything he needed, and took his time working on a delicate wool rug. He mentioned the dye stability before testing it, which was reassuring. The result was better than expected—odour gone, colours revived, and texture softer. The value was very decent, especially since this rug wasn’t cheap. I liked that he didn’t rush the job just to get to the next house. Would definitely trust him again with high-maintenance rugs. Felt like a professional touch without pretension.
