I was away from my apartment for almost two months, and before moving everything back into the living room, I decided to have the carpets cleaned. They had that stale, closed-up smell and a few old marks that had been there for ages and the cleaner did a really careful job and took their time. I was surprised to see some of the older marks fade noticeably. After it dried, the whole place felt fresher.

We had our living room furniture cleaned by them and the results were brilliant. The technician was punctual, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. Our fabric sofa was looking dull and stained, but now it’s fresh, clean, and bright again. The process was quick, no mess, and totally stress-free. Great value for money and top-notch service. Wouldn't hesitate to call them back.

Tried their Rug Cleaning service after our area rug got musty during the rainy season in Brisbane. Nathan arrived on time, brought everything he needed, and took his time working on a delicate wool rug. He mentioned the dye stability before testing it, which was reassuring. The result was better than expected—odour gone, colours revived, and texture softer. The value was very decent, especially since this rug wasn’t cheap. I liked that he didn’t rush the job just to get to the next house. Would definitely trust him again with high-maintenance rugs. Felt like a professional touch without pretension.

I tried their carpet dry cleaning service last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and outcome. Emily handled the job with patience, and she didn’t skip over details. Our lounge room carpet had years of build-up, and while it didn’t come out looking brand new (which I wasn’t expecting anyway), it definitely smelled fresher and felt lighter underfoot. Value-wise, I found it affordable for a one-bedroom flat. Customer service was polite. Would happily book them again when the next clean’s due.
