This was a very unprofessional experience. I booked their cleaning service in advance. The next day, when I called to confirm, I was told they were already closed and that my request had not been scheduled. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and said it was my fault for booking late. I simply asked if I could call back after getting confirmation from my agent. Without my consent or request, they cancelled the booking themselves and initiated a refund. When I contacted them again, I was told they had already taken another job for the next day and could no longer provide the service. I would not recommend using their services, especially if you need urgent or time-sensitive cleaning. They are unreliable, quick to shift blame onto the customer, and unwilling to communicate professionally.

When moving house, the last thing you need is more stress - engaging with this company turned out to be the worst part of my move. When I requested a quote on their website, they asked only a few basic questions and didn’t gather nearly enough details about the property. As a result, they gave me an unrealistically low quote. The day before the scheduled clean, they called asking to move my booking to the next day. I declined because I had everything carefully planned. On the day, they arrived only to “inspect” the property first, which turned into a three-way negotiation between me, the cleaner, and their manager (who kept on calling me "brother"). It was completely unprofessional. They then tried to charge me around 30% more than the original quote. When I pushed back, the cleaner literally got in his car and left. I ended up having to plead with them and agree to pay the extra amount just to get the job done otherwise, I would’ve been left without a bond cleaner at the last minute. After the real estate agent inspected the property, there were still several areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Instead of going through the hassle of dealing with them again, I just fixed those issues myself. Overall, the experience was stressful, unprofessional, and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

The team was incredibly punctual and polite. They brought all the necessary tools, and most of the apartment looked great when they were done. The floors and bathroom were sparkling, and the windows looked much better than I expected.

They are highly professional, very responsive and do their job very well. They clean our home fortnightly and always on time, very polite and good at their work. That's why we are using their service from last week. Price is very reasonable. I highly recommend superior bond cleaning.!
