Recently engaged them for a bond clean and not only were they very affordable, they were very professional and did a fantastic job. In fact, they cleaned so well that my rental was cleaner than when I first moved in! In addition to that, these guys really take their job seriously! After the inspection, a few things were noted and they stayed true to the 7-day guarantee, rectifying everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

DO NOT TRUST THE 5-STAR REVIEWS!! This company is a scam. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and SHOULD BE AVOIDED at all costs. Many of these seem to reference a "David" who I can presume was the previous owner but I dealt with a guy named Deepak, who does not deserve this praise so I suggest reading the 1-star reviews for a more accurate depiction. I booked Q1 for a Sunday bond clean after being quoted a fair price. They showed up almost 2 hours late, pressured me to pay before seeing the work, then after I refused they sent blurry photos and insisted I pay immediately. Foolishly to get him off my back, I paid — and when I finally checked the unit, I was disgusted. The “clean” was nothing more than a wipe-down with a damp rag. Many surfaces including the tops of cupboards, window sills and window/door tracks/frames were still filthy. There was no fresh, clean smell — the place still felt dirty. When I complained, the owner was rude, dismissive, and argumentative, refusing to resolve the issue and even trying to turn the blame back on me. I feel like I've been scammed, and indeed I have. In the end, I gave up trying to get resolve and resorted to redoing the bond clean myself to prevent back-and-forth and ensure a swift return of my bond, as I just don't want to deal with the entire situation anymore. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your bond clean.

DO NOT USE!! They were engaged to do a bond clean and pest control on our rental property. It was a terrible job and I doubt the pest control was done. Our property manager tried unsuccessfully to get them back to finish the job, very difficult to get in contact with and we haven't been able to get them back. We are now engaging another cleaner to do a Bond clean. Some photos below showing the 'standard' they clean to.

Q1 team delivered the best bond cleaning at my property. I booked them last minute as the other bond cleaning company that i initially booked cancelled on me and did not turned up. I was stressed, however i found Q1 bond cleaning on the web!!The best decision I made - David collected the keys from my real estate, his team did the cleaning and then they returned the keys to my real estate back in time and got my bond back. They were professional, punctual and paid attention to details and i can assure they are the best in business, would definitely use them again. Thank you Q1 bond cleaning
