I booked the service about three weeks ago for a service in a unit in New Farm and no one turned up. If you really need the job done on time never trust in this company. Now it Christmas eve I'm not able to find anyone else to do the job.

I booked their carpet and upholstery combo, and both turned out looking refreshed. They used a low-moisture process on my sofa and a full truck-mounted extraction on the carpets. The technician took the time to increase the dwell time on stubborn stains and used a rotary machine for deeper agitation. Great communication and fair pricing.

These guys are great. I had the impossible stain. They made my carpet look like new again. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I’ll be using them again. J

I had to think about reposting my review as I like to support local businesses. However there were too many failings for me to ignore and I’d like to prevent someone else using the service from same. Firstly my service was scheduled for 10.00 am Friday Sep 5th, came and went no show.. I made numerous calls to the operator who didn’t know where the technician was and was blaming me?? I was given the technician ph number was incorrect the second ph number went to message bank.. by 12:00 the operator said, sorry we cannot help you.. so carpet not done.. I had allocated that day off from work and got up early prepped moved furniture vacuumed to make it easier for the technician. I had to put all the furniture back, what a waste of day off.. very stressful dealing with this company. The technician called me 24 hrs later the next morning asking if he could do my carpet, definitely not! I would not trust them in my home if this is how they behave, so blessing in disguise I got a reputable company who actually had a tracker on when they’d be coming as well as an awesome professional receptionist. My time is valuable so would personally not recommend them.. hope they address their failings and I am sorry for my frustration but believe public need to know what’s out there.. I worked hard for my beautiful home and like it treated with respect

These guys were great. It was easy to book a convenient time, the price quoted matched what I had read on the website. The technician was running late (traffic issue) but called to let me know. The technicians were very friendly and listened. The job was completed quickly and I was very happy with the results. The carpet were quite dirty and there were a couple of stains (one had been since I moved in) but they looked fantastic. They are not the cheapest but still reasonable, especially considering the great job. I will definitely be using them again.
