DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless of course you enjoy lies and additional stress on top of the stress of moving in which case use at your own risk. Their "bond back guarantee" is a lie. They will refuse to answer the phone, texts or emails so there's no way to schedule them to come back to fix problems. In our case, one woman showed up late with her kid. She supposedly cleaned the whole day but when we did a walk through with the agent the next day, it was clear that several rooms were either completely untouched or barely cleaned. The carpet cleaning wasn't done at all. Both the agent and I tried multiple times for 2 days to get them to come back out to fix it but they refused to actually schedule anything in. They avoided us like the plague. Finally the agent gave up because he needed to turn the place around for the next renter. He had a cleaning company the agency worked with come in and do the job to their standard and of course, take the fee from my bond. So no, I did NOT get my bond back. Predictably they ignored requests for a refund as well. You WILL regret using them. I'm not kidding. If one person posts a bad review you can take it with a grain of salt, but when many people do, that means there's a serious problem. Go look for a company with good ratings, this one simply IS NOT it. DO NOT use them. They'll do a shitty job, they won't back their guarantee, they'll ghost you and you'll end up with far more stress than you need at move time.
