Overall, the cleaning of the apartment was great. There were a few things I would suggest you do before booking with OzClean. 1. Read all the inclusions & exclusions. They do not clean blinds in apartments that is extra & they do not clean walls. Of other Bond Cleaners my blinds and walls have always been washed at no extra charge. 2. They do not accept Credit Card as a form of payment. Again very strange. 3. The cleaner asked us to assist him, there was only one cleaner to clean a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment with a 75sqm balcony. I would have thought it being at minimum a two person job. 4. The owner wanted communications via email only, whenever I called he had asked to email. Frustrating to say the least. It appeared the business operated using sub-contractors also. It made coordinating challenging. Again, job was great. Nothing special. Meh.

Amazing service, these guys were flexible and reliable. Hard to find great bond cleaners, these guys are the best!
