1/5 as 0/5 wasn’t an option. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR A BOND CLEAN! The people you speak on the phone with have minimal and broken English which makes communicating extremely frustrating. Their bond clean was not sufficient and required a re clean. The clean was so poorly done that the walls still had grime marks which could be removed with a magic sponge, the floors weren’t vacuumed at all and had mess everywhere that wasn’t there to begin with and the bathroom didn’t look like much effort had been put in. Our real estate was so appalled we had to pay for another company to come and complete a proper bond clean Their policy offers multiple re cleans yet it shouldn’t take that many times to clean a basic 3 bedroom rental appropriately that us as tenants had already cleaned. They upsell you extra costs for wall cleaning however the walls don’t get cleaned not even during their “re clean”. Their bond back guarantee is an absolute lie. When you try to call and email to discuss your case and the poor cleaning job the person is always “reviewing the case” or “unavailable”. It’s extremely hard to get in contact with them and get a definitive answer. They take multiple business days to respond to emails due to “reviewing other cases” which clearly shows just how many unsatisfied customers there are. They are still not honouring their bond back guarantee which is false advertising and not reflective of what they do. If you want your rental cleaned properly and to have a smooth service experience, this is NOT the place to go through. Would never recommend and will deter as many people as possible. It’s been a very disappointing experience and we would hate for other renters to endure this ongoing nightmare Absolute scammers

DO NOT USE FOR COUCH STEAM CLEANS. I used this company 2 days before Xmas to steam clean a light grey Freedom Furniture couch. The cleaner must have used dirty equipment as there are dirty stripes running across the couch. This is a well maintained couch (professionally cleaned annually). I had this done the day before going on holidays. I lodged a complaint after returning home from a Xmas / new year holiday (within their required 1 month) when I saw how bad the marks were on the completely dried couch. They agreed it is marked when they looked at the pre and post photos. They must have used an outsourced / subcontracted cleaner. He apparently won’t come back (not that I want him back anyway) so Optima just do nothing now. They’ve taken a week to try and get him back, he won’t do it, so they offer a $30 voucher for the next time I use them (as if I would). And now I’m stuck with an expensive couch that is ruined with dark brown lines all across it. Terrible company who use outsourced contractors then wipe their hands of it when something goes wrong. Don’t risk it - use a reliable company who provide the services themselves!

Booked a BBQ clean. Initial call was answered immediately by someone competent, which I appreciated. Price ($310) was about $60 above market, but I went ahead for the convenience. I requested a 10:00 am start. At 9:00 am I was told the cleaner would be an hour late — they actually arrived 1 hour 40 minutes late for a ~2-hour job. The cleaning itself was fine and no mess was left. Then I received a 7:00 am Saturday text asking for a review. 3 stars: one deducted for lateness, one for the early-Saturday morning text.

what an amazing transformation! I arranged Optima cleaners to help my exhaust Daughter who had just bought her first time. Sadly it had been left in a terrible condition and she was feeling quite defeated. She’s absolutely thrilled with the job. An amazing amount was accomplished in one day. I cannot recommend these Cleaner is more highly. As a Real Estate agent and property manager I have seen many cleanlling jobs. Optimum cleaners are the best!

Chris, our Optima Cleaner, kept us updated on his arrival time. Upon arrival he assessed the stain on our bar stool and explained what method he would use to clean it. We got him to clean all four of our bar stools while he was here. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The bar stools are spotlessly clean and have a pleasant just cleaned fragrance. Excellent job, very happy with the work carried out by Chris. Kim Jones
