Gave them a go but got a clean that I would do on a weekly basis myself. Asked for a 4 hour Spring Clean in a two bedroom apartment she did 3 hours. I did not recieve a spring clean. She didn't bring items to clean the microwave and oven. Light fittings not cleaned. One fan missed. Corners, under items and behind toilet not cleaned. Windows seals not cleaned. Parts of the floor missed. Cupboard doors not wiped down. I could go on. I had a list and specified a spring clean. I could have done that clean in 2 hours myself. I was really looking for someone that could do a good clean for me and was happy to pay for as many hours as needed, but she decided 3 hours was enough even though I said at least 4. So I cleaned the corners and whatever else missed myself when I got home. I work 70 plus hours a week - I was trying to avoid that.

I highly recommend this cleaning service. Rob and Stella have been cleaning my home on a weekly basis for the past five months, and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of their work. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with NEST and would not use their services again. On Wednesday evening I received a text from the owner offering a last-minute spring clean due to a cancellation, with an arrival window of 8:00–8:30am on Friday. I accepted and rearranged my entire morning to be home, including organising my children, moving work meetings, and relocating my pets so the cleaners could access the house. The cleaners never arrived. When I followed up that morning, I was told an email had apparently been sent the day before cancelling the job due to the cleaners having COVID. I checked my inbox and junk mail and there was no email. Given the booking was organised via text message outside business hours, it would have been reasonable to also send a text to ensure the cancellation was actually received. To make matters worse, I sent a message asking about rescheduling and did not receive a response. Unfortunately this experience left me with very little confidence in the company’s communication and reliability, particularly given they hold personal details such as home address and gate access codes. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the service.
