They fit us in quickly and the results were flawless. The cleaner, Gavin, was outstanding. His professionalism and proactive communication regarding the finish time were invaluable. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with NEST and would not use their services again. On Wednesday evening I received a text from the owner offering a last-minute spring clean due to a cancellation, with an arrival window of 8:00–8:30am on Friday. I accepted and rearranged my entire morning to be home, including organising my children, moving work meetings, and relocating my pets so the cleaners could access the house. The cleaners never arrived. When I followed up that morning, I was told an email had apparently been sent the day before cancelling the job due to the cleaners having COVID. I checked my inbox and junk mail and there was no email. Given the booking was organised via text message outside business hours, it would have been reasonable to also send a text to ensure the cancellation was actually received. To make matters worse, I sent a message asking about rescheduling and did not receive a response. Unfortunately this experience left me with very little confidence in the company’s communication and reliability, particularly given they hold personal details such as home address and gate access codes. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the service.

Really happy with the team from Nest Home Services. Professional, reliable, and great communicators throughout. What impressed me most was how they handled a situation where our original cleaners were no longer available - they organised replacements quickly and without any fuss. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about how they run their business. Highly recommend.

We were extremely happy with the deep spring clean provided by Gavin on our house in Taigum. Very professional and quality work and would highly recommend. The process from booking to the clean was smooth, easy and everyone was professional.

I can’t recommend Gavin at Nest Home Services highly enough. My oven is absolutely gleaming, and the level of care and attention to detail was next level during the spring clean. He went above and beyond, was professional from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves. Will definitely be using thier services again!
