Our cat pissed on our mattress in the morning and we booked in the morning. we booked for a mattress clean in the morning and they told us could be here at 2pm. At 2:05pm they called us and said can we come another day because their machine has been broken since thismorning. No you can't come another day a mattress is time sensitive. If they let us know their machine was broke. And wouldn't be coming then it wouldn't have been a problem and we could have booked somewhere else it would not have been a problem
