I had a really disappointing experience with the owner. A regular service was cancelled at the last minute, and instead of offering a sincere apology, they responded with a dismissive and arrogant attitude — justifying it as something that "just happens." It showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I expected better communication and respect for my time.

Great team, responsive with requests and timing adjustments as needed. Friendly and courteous always feel confident they will do a good job and they act on feedback if you aren’t happy with anything. Highly recommend!

The teams we have had cleaning our house are fabulous! I LNOW Im going to smile when I get home an open the door...its very OBVIOUS that the house has been thoroughly cleaned with care and attention. Had someone else in recently (dont know WHY I did THAT) and sadly there was never evidence of care and attention...in fact the house still felt and looked unclean. Once the girls from Make it Clean came back...so did my smile! Highly recommended!

I have used Make It Clean Services for a fortnightly clean of my house for almost 12 months. I have a regular cleaner who does an incredible job every single time. She makes my life so much easier and less stressful. Plus my 2 dogs love it when she comes to visit!! I highly recommend Make It Clean services.
