I’ve had nothing but, excuses, cancellations and such unprofessional experiences from this company. The cleaning staff are not available or quit hours before they are due to arrive. The staff organise appointments at the times you stipulated where NOT suitable. I’ve experienced 6 no shows and have been told endless times that they are sorry! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Waste of time and energy. I find their conduct to be incredibly frustrating, unprofessional and just plain insulting! 😡

I regret not reviewing this company’s Google feedback before booking. My experience has been consistently disappointing. I booked services with this company three times. • First booking: satisfactory service. • Second booking: the cleaner caused damage to my wall and broke my bedside table. Despite reporting this, I am still awaiting an adequate response or resolution from the company. • Third booking: I was charged for 2.5 hours of service (approximately $170), during which the cleaner completed only two bathrooms. This does not reflect reasonable value or service delivery. Following the property damage, I formally requested cancellation of all future bookings. Despite this, bookings continued to appear in my account and the company attempted to charge a cancellation fee. Based on my experience, there are concerns regarding service consistency, damage handling, billing practices, and booking management. I would not recommend this company and advise consumers to exercise caution, particularly when providing payment details.

Pretty devastated as I’m recovering from abdominal surgery, and I’ve tried to book them twice now. Each time needing to reschedule because their online availability doesn’t reflect their actual availability, and admin admitted to giving my time slot away to someone else instead. The first time I missed calls while at work and they cancelled completely with no attempt of communication made via email about needing to reschedule. Second time after rescheduling again. I was contacted by customer service instead of the cleaner to say they couldn’t find parking. And I was notified 35mins later that she still couldn’t find parking and cancelled the clean for the day ( I could easily see 3x spots from my bed, exactly where I had pointed out in parking details and worse case scenario I had a garage, which she could have used it was just hard to access ) The cleaner honestly seemed to have already left the area well before I was notified they weren’t coming and seemed pretty annoyed / rude on the phone already. Seemed to only drive past once and give up? Admin offered to reschedule. However putting off cleaning 2x when I have been bedridden for the past week, and the lack of effort already displayed by both admin & staff was so disheartening. It took a lot for me to book a cleaner for myself, and I pushed myself through my injury to get everything off the floor & out of their way when I’m not meant to be bending or lifting. Wish I went with another company and didn’t push myself through pain for no reason

We recently booked a clean with Maid2Match and had a great experience. Nicole, our cleaner, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. She did an outstanding job and made our home feel spotless. It’s clear she takes real pride in her work and has excellent attention to detail. Overall, we were very happy with the service and would happily book again. A little extra attention to detail on the admin side would make the experience even better, but the quality of the clean itself was excellent.

Update- The Division manager contacted me and was sincerely apologetic regarding the service and experience, they also offered me a full refund and assured me that this won't happen again as they are under new management. First and last time – extremely disappointing It takes a lot for me to write a Google review, but I simply couldn't let this slide. I was shocked at the poor quality of service from Maid2Match. The cleaner was scheduled for 8:00 but I only received a call 15 minutes beforehand saying she would arrive at 12:00. Despite paying a flat rate, she worked for only 2.5 hours and did not complete even the basics. Areas weren’t vacuumed at all, dusting was superficial, and nothing under or behind furniture, baseboards, or window sills was touched, the list goes on. I raised my concerns, but after repeated rescheduling attempts and continued frustration, I had to cancel altogether. The next day, I vacuumed myself and my vacuum cleaner filled up immediately – proof that the job simply wasn’t done. This was a complete waste of money and time. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to look elsewhere.
