Beware! They promise bond return however they are always uncontactable by phone & only reply by email. We asked for some minor cleaning adjustments post clean & all of if a sudden radio silence. And only accept cash which I will be reporting to the the ATO #dodgy

Absolutely Outstanding! Entrusting the cleaning of the family’s 3-bedroom apartment on the river in St Lucia to Excellent Bond Cleaning was a big leap of faith. I had read many reviews and researched quite a few cleaning companies in Brisbane, but many seemed to overpromise and under-deliver - except for Excellent Bond Cleaning. Turns out I needn’t have worried! They truly lived up to their name. After 20+ years of living in the apartment, we wanted to make sure it was cleaned properly and ready for the new owner - and John and his team nailed it. Initially, I was in a bit of a panic because we had originally booked the clean for the day Cyclone Alfred was due to hit. When I contacted Dan at Excellent Bond Cleaning on a Monday to ask if it was possible to bring the cleaning forward to the very next day, he responded within 45 minutes with a yes—which was such a relief! John and his team were incredible - a large crew arrived and worked like a swarm of bees, tackling every inch of the place with amazing attention to detail. At the end of the job, they also cleaned the carpets (they never looked so good), which made everything so much easier. Having the same team handle both jobs was not only convenient but also efficient. If you need a thorough, reliable, and professional bond clean, these are the people to call. Highly recommend!

Excellent bond cleaning’s team did a great job for our end of lease cleaning. We got our 💯 % bond back without any questions . Pricing was transparent and got a pretty accurate quote in first place. The bond cleaning team was excellent and performed a fantastic job. Team leader Dan and his group arrived exactly at 8am, if not slightly early, and stayed all day until 5:30pm. We left our apartment in cleaner shape than when we arrived thanks to his excellent bond replacement clean. They did a thorough job of cleaning everything, including the oven, dishwasher, air conditioner filters, and fans that were fixed high in the ceiling. The carpet specialists removed all three stains with great professionalism. Our property manager commented on the fantastic job that had been done. Would strongly advise. Our bond was fully refunded.
