Unfortunately my cleaner started off great but over time the cleaning was shoddy. When I raised the issue with him he became very defensive. I let it go for a while until today when I had to re mop my floors as he was leaving. I raised the issue again with Anil Karki but he really didn’t care and told me to go elsewhere. I guess he had the last laugh as I paid him to do as little as he could get away with.

I used Houseproud for the 1st time having been impressed with online reviews. Sadly the end result of a 3 hour clean wasn't impressive. The attention to detail was lacking. Surfaces weren't cleaned properly and still showed signs of dust and residue. Items such as my razor and toothbrush were discarded into a bin which seemed quite strange. Some floor areas weren't thoroughly vacuumed. In summary, I felt things could've been done better. As this was their first clean, they had the chance to impress but fell short. I had a lot of laundry to be sorted and folded. This was done very well however other areas were lacking in focus and effort. I won't be using their services again.

The team at Houseproud Cleaning are incredible. They’re on time and efficient. We get a fortnightly clean and our house always looks amazing when they’re done. They provide a quality clean and are very thorough. It’s the best feeling coming home to a clean house. We can’t recommend them enough!

I have been using Houseproud Cleaning for around 5 years now. Megan & Louise from the Penrith franchise are my fairy godmothers! They are friendly, reliable, efficient & thorough. When I get home from work my house smells great & is sparkling. If you're after some much needed time back in your life, I'd highly recommend them. Communication with the company is also fast & easy.

We love the team at Houseproud Cleaning. Been a customer for 10 years and are very happy with the quality of their services, fair prices, professionalism and flexibility. Our cleaners are Megan and Louise and they do a consistently good job every clean. Mark and Susan have been a wonderful team to work with for a decade. Highly recommend, and I have many times to both friends and family, the team at Houseproud Cleaning.
