This company is the worst company I have ever come across. I’m an Ndis participant and booked a deep clean/spring clean of my house. The cleaner was very polite but I can’t believe they are in business and trading. Please see pictures of what this company calls a deep/spring clean. 1 picture of rubbish in between my lounge where it catches, 1 photo of moving my coffee table and what I saw. Then don’t start me on my bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. I told the cleaner not to do the laundry as I have a cat and that’s my responsibility. The cleaner was booked from 9-2pm she left before 12pm. I called the office as they had me sign an agreement that Ndis participates do. I informed the female that answers the phone and she told me that she could track and could see the cleaner left at 1pm. I may be disabled but I’m fortunate to see and tell the time. She was argumentative. I emailed my plan manager and this company was included in the email. They may not see it like this but it is like this. They are stealing from the Ndis participants deserve to receive what is paid for. This is fraud. I have emailed the ndis with pictures I’m only attaching 2. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS (I had removed the photos, but the owner is consistently lying. So I have put them back up).

Employed this service to complete a thorough clean of our house, including walls and windows. Detailed our expectations and were quoted for such. They charge $75 an hour. We were quoted $525 (7 hrs). Difficult to contact on anything other than text as they have an AI answering machine. We were required to provide our own ladder so the ceiling fans could be cleaned. We also moved all our furniture so the clean could be completed efficiently. On our original glance, the house was clean, however, upon closer look there was clearly still dust and cobwebs on the walls. This was our main priority during the clean. Additionally, on the day of the clean (after it was supposed to have started), they made changes to our booking. The clean then had to be split over 2 days. Following this, we were invoiced for 6 hours total rather than the originally quoted 7. After the invoice was paid, we received a call stating there was an admin error & staff had “confirmed” they were in fact there for the other hour, which doesn’t line up with the timeline in which we had noted. While explaining this to the admin member, they kept repeating themselves and did not acknowledge our concerns. We have since paid the remaining balance, but certainly won’t be seeking services from this company again. Would recommend they review their billing policy and hourly rate.

I had my first clean last week, the lady was very polite knowing I had just had surgery on my work injury. So happy that the lady turned up on time, I had 4 previous weeks with another company where they were 3.5 hrs late I couldn’t get hold of them. Poor communication. Being a house cleaner myself for over 3 years I have OCD but was feeling too sore after my work injury tennis elbow. As my previous clients say since I’ve been off work they can’t get anyone to do a streak free sink. I agree, I’m a perfectionist so I notice when things are missed. I was happy with her clean. And I would recommend this company. 14/9 second clean, was so very happy with my second clean such a lovely lady.
