Got online quote $285 for exterior windows. Called to book in. Was advised that the quote was inaccurate and after some back and forward a new figure was agreed on with the removal of louvres and addition of small portico roof above front door. Called three hours before scheduled day of cleaning (one day prior to real estate photography) to advise they couldn’t come out due to sick leave. When I advised of the situation they did try to get someone out however because he was on his own his couldn’t wash any windows on secondary story as he didn’t feel safe and his extension pole didn’t reach?! He did one set of louvre windows to “make up” for the 8 upstairs windows and portico roof missed. Then received a bill for $50 less than the discussed amount. I don’t see how I can get anyone out to finish cleaning the remaining 8 second story windows for $50.
