I have had my rug cleaned in home before when getting my carpets cleaned by other companies and you could never tell it had been done. After seeing the adds on TV about Electrodry's Delux Rug Wash process at their facility I had to try it. Well, I was so impressed with how clean it looked. It honestly looks brand new and well worth the money. Thank you Electrodry. I will use your company again.

Utterly appalled, frustrated and distressed by our experience with Electrodry in Virginia, QLD. If I could do less than a zero star I would. We took our large Persian wool rug to Electrodry to be cleaned, in early January. I took a picture of it when we dropped it off to the Virginia store. When we received the rug back 2 weeks later, the colours had bled all throughout the rug, destroying the rug. This distressed me immensely. I wrote an email of complaint and requested this be rectified. Mel B responded and booked our rug for pickup. When our rug was picked up, we were told that management would contact us about what they would do for the rug. 3 weeks later we had not heard anything from Electrodry, so I called and requested an update. We received no update , only a email with a time and date our rug would be dropped off to us. When the rug arrived, it was very evident nothing had been done to rectify the colour bleed and destruction of the rug. It even had the original sticker from the original wash still stuck on it. I don’t believe they even touched the rug. Justin C was the technician tasked to wash the rug. Instead he did nothing, and lied to staff about the colour bleed. Management need to review Justin C’s workmanship, address his dishonesty and destruction of people’s property. I called Electrodry requesting a full refund due to them not supplying a satisfactory service and destroying our rug. The first phone operator did nothing and sent and old booking email in response. I rang again and the operator said he would have an area manager be in touch. I have had no follow up from any manager, technician nor Electrodry employee. I will continue to request a refund of our $600 payment and will now take them to small claims court for the price of a replacement rug . I would never recommend this service to anyone. Nor will I ever use Electrodry services again.

Josh, Shane, and Ben were absolutely amazing! Our old Persian rug had years of deeply embedded dust, and I made it clear that my number-one priority was getting it properly clean, even if that meant risking damage. Not only did they listen, they went above and beyond, carefully and skillfully restoring our very old rug without causing any damage at all. Their patience, and care throughout the entire process were exceptional. The rug now looks vibrant and refreshed, it truly shines. On top of the outstanding workmanship, their customer service, and genuine commitment were second to none. We will absolutely be booking all future carpet cleaning through them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend. Very easy process to call and book someone to come fully clean our couch. Was expensive at over $500 but the reality is they turn up when they say they will and do a great job so worth the premium. Would use again for any and all deep clean needs.
