I had an amazing experience with Deep Bond Clean and his team. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. The bond clean was done to perfection — every corner, surface, and detail was spotless. The real estate inspection went smoothly, and even they mentioned how well the property was cleaned. The carpet steam cleaning was equally impressive. The carpets looked brand new, smelled fresh, and all the stubborn stains were completely gone.

Average, cleaning was not up to our expectations for the premium price we paid for a studio unit. Got a handwritten tax invoice, though I had requested one over email to which there was no response; didn’t get a professional vibe. Couple of items were supposedly disposed without our knowledge and were missing, when we enquired there was no response at all. Basically, once you make the payment, don’t expect any response over text/emails after that.

Mani and his team did an incredible job with our bond clean. This is the 2nd time we've called deep bond clean and would highly recommend their services. Very professional, quality job, timely, stress free, and efficient communication.

Mani was very polite and transparent regarding pricing on the phone and very accommodating regarding scheduling. Before he was due to clean, a single act of vandalism rendered the property unliveable with water damage throughout and displaced the entire building, with no access permitted for the foreseeable future. Once I explained the situation to him, he refunded the money immediately and without hassle. He shows great integrity and professionalism and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
