So disappointed in the service I received from this cleaning company that we currently have a case with Fair Trade and will be moving forward to QCAT. They have been awful to deal with, didn't do any of the work that was required for a bond clean even though they were paid extra for services that they have now back tracked on and are saying they never offered in the first place. I would suggest making sure you get EVERYTHING in writing before going ahead with these scammers and make sure none of your personal details are showing as they use bulky tactics and are serious liars. Disgusting level of work all around, from the actual clean to the way they handle their customers. Sad that I agreed to anything they said over the phone instead of getting it in writing because now we are about to head to court about it. Waste of time and even bigger waste of money.

Had these guys booked for over two weeks to do a exit bond clean . Got a call yesterday at 10am stating they were having car problems . Then got told they will be at the address by lunch time never ricked up . They at 3 they messaged saying they can do the bond clean because there was furniture and animals at the house . Firstly there was no furniture or animals there. They sent a photo saying they were at the house looked at the photo and it's not even our house . So disappointed and will never ever ever go through these guys very unreliable and unprofessional. Tried blaming the mess around on me even tho they had my address in the booking . Asked for a discount because of the situation they put me through I sat in the house while it was 34 degrees and pregnant

Do not believe the "fake" positive reviews! Quoted $675 and then told an extra $500 upon arrival for a 4 bed, 2 living and 3 bathroom. They agreed to do it on a Saturday so I reluctantly agreed. Long story short, not only did they do a horrendous clean, they actually damaged the property resulting in addittional costs to me so I could receive my bond back. I'll let the photos do the talking...
