Got carpets, couches and rug done today. Very happy with result. Andy and Kalene were great. Friendly but professional. My house smells fresh. They took a lot of pride in their work and the results showed this. Would highly recommend their services especially if you have pet issues.

Did a fantastic job. We thought the 4 seater recliner couch was grey when they first started but now they are lovely clean and black. They also helped us with the smell of a smokers cabinet for free. Lovely and friendly people would use them again.

From day one, Andy and Kalene were not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring and compassionate. What stood out most to us was how much they truly cared about helping us achieve the best outcome. I was so very impressed with the service provided by Andy and Kalene at Chem-Dry. They were here first thing this morning and were able to completely remove a very large carpet water stain caused by a leaking toilet cistern in the adjoining ensuite. The carpet is clean, restored and smells great! Just in time for my family arriving from overseas in a couple of days. I would highly recommend using Chem-Dry Rejuvenate. Before and After photos included. Thanks Andy and Kalene!!
