Emil did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Friendly, professional service and the carpets came up spotless. Highly recommend Spot on Carpet Cleaning can’t fault him thank you!

Went through the process. Got a quote then was asked for a physical address so they could assign a technician. And then nothing. 7 days later no reply no contact. So called another company with a 4.8 rating and the job is booked and will be completed within days of making contact. There is the difference with decent customer service.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Emil. He kept me informed of his arrival time which was very much appreciated. Very happy to recommend Chemdry Amazing!

Absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish. They really went out of their way to accommodate our urgent situation. The man that did our job was lovely and professional.

Clear communication throughout, and the work was attended to and completed exactly as quoted. The serviceman was polite, helpful, and professional. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly; some stains could not be removed due to their nature, which was clearly explained. One sofa that I expected might not come up well was actually cleaned very successfully, which was a pleasant surprise. Some outdoor furniture stains could not be removed due to long-term moisture and mould damage, as the furniture is over six years old and has been exposed to harsh Queensland weather. Overall, we were very happy with the outcome.
