Had some issues with the first clean but honestly, Carpet Cleaners were extremely accomodating for our issues. They came back 2 days later and fixed up the issue at no charge. We had great phone support, they seeked solutions instead of arguing. I really appreciate that. We had Chami rectify the issue and the rooms now feel clean and fresh! :) Love it Great Job, 5 stars.

The booking process with Ram was wonderful and seamless and the service itself was good! Only issue was that the carpet clean was for an Exit clean and after the carpet clean was complete the agent picked up on streaking of some parts of the carpet in the hallway and entrance which she said she would not refund our bond until we rectified. I couldnt remove with vacumming or wiping it so I contacted Carpet Clean Kings on how to fix but received no response. My mum ended up having to wet the carpet and dry with fans to remove the streak marks. Luckily we received our bond back but only because my mum had to fix the issue on her own accord.

Just has our carpets cleaned. The cleaner arrived on time and was very accommodating to the fact that we were working from home. Four rooms steam cleaned and one room with pet stains were done. The steam cleaning was done very well. The reason why we used this company was the guaranteed result on pet odors. The room with the pet stains still has urine stains and smell. The cleaning process did nothing. I suspect the enzyme cleaner they used did not have time to work before it was steam cleaned. The instructions on enzyme cleaners state 4 hour or let it dry. Once these stains are set with heat they are extremely difficult to remove. So now we are in a worse position. I do not recommend the pet odour service. Otherwise it was good steam clean.

I had an excellent experience with Joe’s Tile and Carpet Cleaning. My sofa was extremely dirty, and I honestly didn’t expect such a transformation—but the result was outstanding. It looks fresh, clean, and almost like new. The service was professional, thorough, and done with great attention to detail. You can clearly see they take pride in their work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Carpet Cleaning Kings Brisbane! The team was professional, friendly, and arrived right on time. They did an amazing job, my carpets look fresh, clean, and almost like new again. Stains that I thought wouldn’t come out are completely gone. Pricing was reasonable and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning. Will definitely contact them again! 😊
