10AM booking didn't show up until 4:30pm. Tried to tell me my address didn't exist because they went to the wrong street. Cleaner didn't even know details of the job and expected cash despite being told to pay via bank transfer via email. Got a message the following day at 10:20M letting me know they hadn't even finished the job and had to go back. Both unreliable and unprofessional. Go with anyone else. Edit: Despite assurances it would be done to a satisfactory quality, not only was it not finished but they never even started the job 2 days later. Paid extra for carpets to be cleaned. Also wasn't done. Attached photos from exit report so others can see what they consider to be bond level clean. Cleaner also took the keys. Spent 15 minutes arguing and had to threaten police before he sent them via uber. Yet to receive a refund despite no work being done.

Would give this company 0 stars if u could. My friend paid hundreds for what was meant to be a bond clean and it turned into a nightmare… barely anything was cleaned properly, items were broken, and they refused to fix or take responsibility. The bond back “guarantee” means nothing, and she ended up having to pay another cleaner just to pass inspection. Watching her go through it, I wouldn’t trust this business at all. If you value your money and your time, steer clear. BEWARE! Dishonest, scamming, money hungry company.

The most unprofessional and dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. We paid $520 for a bond clean (plus $120 for “add-ons”), and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The apartment looked almost untouched: murky water everywhere, hair in the bathroom, grout and outdoor areas not cleaned (the add-ons I paid for), and they even broke our bathroom curtain and refused to take responsibility. They changed the clean time three times, arrived late, and then failed to attend the scheduled re-clean. The exit report listed 30+ items needing attention. My property manager was told the job was “too far” for them to come back, so I had to pay another $250 to a different cleaner just to secure my bond. The so-called “bond back guarantee” is worthless. Complete waste of money and time. Do yourself a favour and use literally any other cleaning company.

Heads up, People! Did a review on this business after a few too many 'trust me, sir it will be fine' moments and the inevitable let down with a pinch of time wasting. Owner jumped in with a response that stretched the truth like it was made of rubber. Receipts (aka screenshots) attached! Tried to be the bigger person and call 'em up for a do-over on their fib. Apparently, sharing my experience publicly was a major faux pas. They tweaked their reply, but the Pinocchio vibes are still strong. Check the message screenshots for the uncensored version of events (apologies for the occasional bluntness – frustration does that).

I purchased a property and as part of the contract of sale, the seller (who had also been the resident) needed to organise a full bond clean. They paid Dirt2Tidy $850 for this service. I attended my pre settlement inspection and just cried at the condition these so called professional cleaners left the property in. They were organising a reclean and then I found they were going to send the same cleaner back. I said I wanted someone else. It was confirmed, but they never showed. Photos attached were taken post clean. Do not use this company.
