I am 86 and was my wife’s full time carer. When my health deteriorated I struggled to look after myself and my wife. Angels in Aprons were recommended to me and I rang them on a Wednesday and on the Friday s person from Angels came to my house to provide assistance. It was such a relief to me as I was at my wits end and not coping. They provided an Angel 3 days a week. Doing washing, cleaning, watering our garden, making breakfast etc and even taking our dog for a walk. They always made the time to comfort my wife and she looked forward to them coming. They really were a lifesaver and I don’t know how I would have managed without them. I thoroughly recommend them .

My mum is coming up 2 years post stroke @ 92 & both mum & I would be lost without all our angels. Kym, Sharon & Andrea look after mum with dignity & the upmost care. They are always looking at ways to ensure we are improving & helping mum with her dementia post stroke. For me these very special women create an area of peace for me to know mum has high quality care. Kym in particular has been with us for many years & had a special bond with my mum - she really understands how hard it can be & also like my family. It’s not just a job to her but her passion & this is hard to find these days. Thanks you ladies for doing what you do with genuine kindness & love.

Angels in Aprons were fantastic. I booked with very short notice (the day before!), and they were responsive, professional, and completely reliable. If I hadn’t been able to secure a pickup, my surgery would likely have been cancelled as they had no capacity to admit patients overnight. The service is affordable, and the lady who collected me from the Day Hospital was caring, friendly, and made the whole experience feel safe and easy. I’m genuinely grateful and very impressed. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We are so blessed to have the lovely Sue caring for my mother in law. Sue is someone who we trust implicitly with her needs. On multiple occasions she has brought in little gifts for my mother in law as well as gone above and beyond in terms of her care. It is obvious how deeply Sue cares for her as she leaves detailed information about her needs when she can't be here and always documents where she needs further support. Sue always communicates with me directly about her needs and has an abundance of patience and kindness for her and all of our family. She truly is a wonderful person and is an absolute credit to your organisation.

My Mother and I are extremely thankful for the beautiful care that she received. We've grateful for the much needed support provided by the Team of Angels in Aprons. A truly fitting name. My mum felt safe and cared for at all times. I felt reassured and at easy with my mum in Annie's kind, caring and supportive hands. I highly recommend this service. Thank you all so very much
